Misty: Sorry I have only just got round to writing – there is just so much going on in the garden! I love being outside, especially at night, when I can sniff out shrews and watch ever growing (in size and number) mole hills.

My owners have been busy too, cleaning out the paddocks on the few sunny days we’ve had over the last couple of weeks. The alpacas are currently in the two far paddocks – which is fine by me because I find them a little scary!

My brother Flash came to play in the week (he lives down the road). We had a great time chasing each other around and so much fun that he didn’t want to go home!

The chickens are still escaping at least three times a day – it’s always the same two – Cordelia and Lavinia. Fortunately being rounded up by Rosie and I doesn’t stop them laying. We now have over a hundred eggs in the cupboard. Good job it’s half term soon and we’ll have a full hungry house!
